Virtual Software is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Isle of Man, company number 130007C, and the registered address of Onchan, Isle of Man.
Virtual Software is an independent, unquoted operating business and is not a part of a wider group, i.e. it does not have a parent company but it does have a mirror distribution company - Racing Software Limited in Ireland. Virtual Software exists solely for the purpose of exists wholly for the purpose of owning, developing and operating software products and launching them into international markets.
Consequently Virtual Software is committed to respecting corporate governance rules for transparency and investor relations.
Board of Directors
The Company is managed by a Board of Directors comprising two members, and supported by two senior managers with significant commercial experience in software development and digital delivery within the virtual product category.
The Chairman of the Board organizes and directs the Board’s work and is accountable for this to the shareholders’ general meeting. He is also responsible for ensuring that the Board of Directors and the shareholders’ general meeting chaired by him operate properly.
Vincent Caldwell, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Vincent Caldwell is the founder and majority shareholder in Virtual Software Limited. With a wealth of experience in the interactive and digital gambling sector, Vincent is highly regarded as one of the pioneers of online betting. He led the listing of the first online betting company from a start-up with £125,000 in 1998 to listing it on the AIM Market 18 months later at a £26M market capitalisation.
