Vincent Caldwell
Vincent is the founder and majority shareholder in Virtual Software Limited. Vincent has a wealth of experience in the gambling sector and is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of online betting. He led the listing of the first online betting company from a start up with £125,000 in 1998 to listing it on the AIM Market 18 months later at a market capitalisation following the placing price of £35,182,821. Vincent has created and has been designated licensed official for wagering groups in six international jurisdictions including the Isle of Man, Malta. and Macau. He has also been licensed as a betting operator in Ireland, the UK and a number of USA states including Oregon, Florida and Kentucky. He has worked in the USA racing sector for 10 years, living in Florida from 2003 to 2013.
Vincent was inducted into the Sports Betting Hall of Fame in November 2021, recognising him as a pioneer of online betting and for reaching the zenith in his industry.
